Description

Main Description

The Portfolio-Scorecard List is the tool used for analyzing and cooperatively managing the collective group of current or proposed projects based on key characteristics, such as project total expected cost, consumption of resources (human or otherwise), expected timeline and schedule of investment, expected benefits, scope and relationship or inter-dependencies with other projects.

The active Portfolio List is a comprehensive list of current and proposed projects. The active Scorecard is a list of the projects from the portfolio list that are in Initiation, Planning, and Execution with baseline schedule, budget and health indicators.

Initial Portfolio-Scorecard Dashboards and Portlets are created by the PMO for each department and subsequently maintained by department managers and/or project leads.
