in writing helps ensure a commitment among the team and Stakeholders. The high level plan includes the Business Case,
Cost Benefit Analysis, Risk Identification, and the high level milestone plan. These documents, once completed, are
submitted to the appropriate Governance Board for approval and moved to the planning phase. The financial and schedule in this deliverable will be based on +/- 50%

completed at the discretion of the Project Manager.
