A tool used for the Governance Boards to review and approve, on an annual basis, the project budget for their respective programs. The tool is also used when modifications are being recommended for review.

Main Description The annual budgets for the projects for a respective program are set on an annual basis for the next fiscal year. Typically, these are set in January/February for the next fiscal year that will start in July. The budgets are created based on the input from the Governance Board and the customers the Governance Board serves.
