Purpose

The purpose of this task is to explain how to create a Request User form in PPM.

Main Description

A request user form can be used to add, change or deactivate a user in the PPM Tool.

Steps

Add a User

Once you have logged into PPM, go to the Create dropdown.

Select Requests.

Under the Request Type dropdown, select SoOK - Request User.

Complete the required fields on the form.

For a new user, select New User under the User Request Type dropdown.

Once you have completed the form, press the Submit button.

Change a User

Once you have logged into PPM, go to the Create dropdown.

Select Requests.

Under the Request Type dropdown, select SoOK - Request User.

Complete the required fields on the form.

To make changes to a user, select Modify User under the User Request Type dropdown.

Once you have completed the form, press the Submit button.

Deactivate a User

Once you have logged into PPM, go to the Create dropdown.

Select Requests.

Under the Request Type dropdown, select SoOK - Request User.

Complete the required fields on the form.

To deactivate a user, select Deactivate User under the User Request Type dropdown.

Once you have completed the form, press the Submit button.
