Purpose

To assure the agency documentation is moved to a standard folder within the OMES network.

Main Description

It is important to move all agency documentation for the IT Systems they support to a standard folder. This folder is created by the PMO as part of the Steady State process in the following folder: J:\Function\ALL ISD\Agency Documentation. There is a folder for each Business Segment, then each Agency.

Alternatives

If the agency has a repository they use, such as their Sharepoint site or a website, they can store a document in the folder with links to their Agency IT Documentation instead.
