Once an agency has gone through consolidaiton and is transformed, they go into Steady State. This process kicks off the initial start of the Steady State Activities.


Main Description

During this meeting, you will go over the activities that need to be completed for an agency to be considered in Steady State. There is a template agenda and Powerpoint slide deck that is used to facilitate this meeting.

Steady state assures that the IT staff and the agency staff are utilizing the standard processes for change management, procurement, portfolio and project management, and have an established IT governance, have developed and approved a Program Budget and Opportunity Map, as well as utilizing the standard enhancement review and implementation processes.

Key Considerations

Need to assure the appropriate people are invited to this meeting. The Business Segment Director, Portfolio Administrator and key IT Leadership staff are mandatory to hold this meeting. Any additional IT Management may be invited as the Business Segment Director deems necessary.
