Purpose

To create the new SLA for the next Fiscal Year for the agency's signature.

      Steps

      Find the previous year's SLA in the Customer Service folder for the agency
      This will serve as the starting point for the agency's SLA.
      Find the previous year's budget in the Customer Service folder for the agency
      This will serve as the starting point for the agency's budget.
      Run the Expenditure Report
      This will serve as a reference of what was actually spent by both OMES budget and Agency budget. Look for anything that may need to come to OMES Services and/or contracts that were missing during the consolidation that now need to come over. If you have any of these, contact the Procurement Manager to get these moved to OMES.
      Review Billing Transaction Upload
      This is the current services and amounts that we are billing the agency.
      Review the True-Up Reports

      Review the reports to modify the quantities of those services that only get changed on an annual basis.

      Review Billing Changes Submitted Since July
      Check to see if any changes to the billing have occurred since July.
      Based on the information above, using the Billing Template

      Refer to the SLA Tab and create the table that will be inserted into the SLA Template.

      Update the Agency Contact Information in the SLA Template
      Copy the completed SLA to the 00-
      FYnnnn Ready for Finance Review Folder; name it: Agency Number Agency Name FYnnnn SLA; Example: 400-Libraries FY2014 SLA.
