Main Description

This task approves time for resources that work for a supervisor or manager. This must be done by Noon on Tuesday for the previous week’s time.


Login to the Employee Self Service System
To login to the Employee Self Service System, go to the CIO home page and under the Online Tools/Service, click the Employee Self Service Link.

Enter your 6-digit PeopleSoft ID and your assigned password and click the Sign In button.
Pull up your staff’s timesheet

Go to the Manager Self Service Link on the left-hand navigation bar.

Select the Time Management option.

Select the Timesheet link under Report Time.

Click the Get Employees button – Your group ID should default to your group.

Review and approve each employee’s time

Select the first employee on the list by clicking their name.

Review the information the staff has input and either approve or deny the timesheet. You can do this by day or for the entire week.

Once you are finished with the first employee, select the Next Employee Link. Repeat this for each employee until all employee time has been approved.
