Main Description

This position reports directly to the Plan and Manager IT Director for the Information Services Division of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.


Oversees project managers; develops the state project management framework, processes and templates; and ensures quality reviews of the projects. Provides leadership to project managers and team members across the state. Develops and implements strategic objectives for project and portfolio management practices.



Must have budgeting, leadership and communications skills. Skilled in project management and the procedures used to meet goals. Supervisory skills are necessary to direct the activities of others. PMP Certification is preferred.
