Main Description

Inspect and supervise the work of current condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment. Maintain records and accounts accurately of the condition of the equipment and other systems in the building. Conduct regular evaluation of the facilities and participate in the development of policies and procedures. Maintain the systems and equipments problem free of institution so will have to create monitoring systems or programs in the institution to detect problems as early as possible. Diagnose the common problems of any institution, such as power shortage, and develop back-up or alternative systems for common problems. Ensure the safety of the building or establishment from fire, flood and other hazards. Maintain the efficiency effectively and good working conditions of the facilities. Participate in preparing the budget so the facilities maintenance team will have adequate funds for its operation.
