This role’s primary function is to support the customer by managing and responding to customer
complaints and facilitating escalated issues by effectively communicating issues with the Service Owners, Business
Segment Directors, and OMES/ISD Executive Leadership. This role is also responsible for the overall communication
and coordination with the Agency Business Relationship Managers.
Positive language, Patience, Attention to detail, Ability to utilize MS Office 2010, Effective
communication and presentation skills.
This role must effectively communicate and collaborate with all areas of OMES/ISD.
